10112	SOFTWARE ENGINEER - Melville, NY   Reliance First Capital, LLC, a financial services firm located in Melville, NY is seeking a SOFTWARE ENGINEER with strong problem solving skills and good communication skills to join our development team.   Our project is a web-based Java application built using all open source software. Deep, hands-on experience and an enthusiasm for learning the latest development paradigms are a must.   You will be joining a small, dedicated team of software engineers. We use all of the latest in open source technologies in our development environment (Eclipse, Maven) and for our frameworks (Seam, RichFaces, Hibernate). Ensure that they meet the general guidelines as set forth by HUD/FHA, agency, and federal and state guidelines.   Join a staff of 8 existing DE Underwriters, serving 6 retail branches.   Requirements: Minimum two years of experience as a DE Underwriter Knowledge of FHA and conforming guidelines. Knowledge of FHA 203(k) and VA loans a plus.
