I know you don't know me but Alicia was my loan officer two months ago. I asked her for your email after the loan closed she gave me it but told me if I filled out survey you would see it, which I did. I got an email from Alicia wishing me and my mom a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year today. So I wanted to email you. Before I refinanced my loan I was in a horrible position.
