Since I was able to provide the necessary forms and documents electronically, all of the paperwork was completed effortlessly. The "docmagic" software (if that is the right name for it) is easy to follow. I also had an error on my credit report, but Sean Barnhart was able to use services available through your company to clear that up. I see nothing that needs improvement. Sean Barnhart is an outstanding loan officer. He literally went over detail after detail to help me think through significant issues that I had not even considered: whether to apply for a 15- or 30-year loan; the cumulative credit card interests I have been paying; the possibility of getting a "cash-out" amount to make handicap-assistive remodeling. In the past few months, I have talked with a local bank and an online loan company about refinancing. Each of those persons was very nice, but neither looked at what I need with the specific detail and information that Sean did. I am indebted to him. I do also want to mention Laura, who helped me with the final phase of paperwork while Sean Barnhart was on vacation. She was quite personable, professional, and immediately available for the few questions I had. Sean Barnhart is exceptional, not only as a loan officer but also as a financial advisor.
